Annual Spring Town Yard Sale 2026
Twice a year, on the weekends with a time change, the Town allows all town residents to have a yard sale without getting a permit for the sale. This spring's yard sale event will occur on the weekend of March 6th-8th. All town residents can have a yard sale on Friday March 6, 2026, Saturday March 7, 2026, and on Sunday March 8, 2026, and will not need to to apply for a permit from the Town.
Reminder, yard sale signs are only allowed on the property of the yard sale itself, they are not allowed in any right-of-way.
